Our team needed a platform to promote ourselves and the work we were doing. Built on the wordpress platform and a simple template, we opted for a single page scroller to give information about our team, our capabilities, and ways to contact us.
One of the first projects I was put on at Booz Allen was to build a site highlighting various intellectual capital that was being produced through one of the firm’s accounts. I worked with a team of several colleagues to design and build the site on wordpress along with produce content and graphics to populate it. The site consisted of a home page with a broad overview of the content, and then 7 sub pages focusing on each subject area. Not everything we wanted the site to do was built into the template, so I was able to use my knowledge of HTML/CSS to add customizations to the site.
